Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of F2M2, Inc. (“F2M2”), located at www.f2m2.com (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

  1. Eligibility. You must be at least 14 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are fully able to enter into and comply with these Terms.
  2. Modifications. F2M2 may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
  3. Privacy. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
  4. Intellectual Property. The Site and all content, technology, and materials provided are owned by or licensed to F2M2 and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from F2M2.
  5. User Accounts. To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  6. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). For enhanced security, we may require or offer two-factor authentication (“2FA”) when you access your account or perform sensitive actions, such as verifying your phone number, changing a password, signing in from a new device, or approving certain transactions. By enabling SMS-based 2FA, you authorize us to send text messages to the phone number you provide solely for authentication and security purposes. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for keeping your phone number accurate and up to date. We do not use phone numbers collected for 2FA for marketing without your explicit consent.
  7. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to use the Site in any unlawful manner, to interfere with its operation, or to upload or distribute harmful, infringing, or abusive content. F2M2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this provision.
  8. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. F2M2 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
  9. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, F2M2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
  10. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless F2M2 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
  11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
